Well we made it to the beach finally. It was super cloudy and dark in the morning but bu the time we left the sun was out in full force. We headed home full of sand and tired as ever but our hearts were happy and our cheeks were red. I'm still feeling all sorts of chilled out. The sound of the ocean does something to my soul. And Alex keeps reminding us that he can still see the beach when he closes his eyes so we should go back. I have water babies. And I love it. I didn't take many photos while we were there. I did take that nap I planned.
Looks like we will be squeezing in another trip soon. Just a quick day trip. Or two. We sill have a whole month and a half of Summer so, why not! Next time though, there will be a lot more sunscreen! And more pictures!
