And since I was already feeling a little stressed out over all that, I figured, hey, how about we throw a few new dinner ideas into this mess. Better yet, lets make them no meat meals! YAY! Needless to say, its going to be a crazy and interesting week. Want to see what our menu looks like?

Clean out the fridge night
So I'm not saying we are going vegetarian or anything, but after watching that documentary last week, we have talked about it. A LOT. Plus meat just doesn't taste the same after what we saw! It would make my doctors really happy. Davids doctors who have told him to eat low carb might have something to say about it though. So we have decided to cut meat out of one or two of our meals each week and go from there. In typical Kim fashion, just when we got used to one way of eating, I start shaking it up again. Oh well, the guys are all on board so we are going to just go for it.
